How does the free trial work?
You get 14 days of full Professional-tier access. No credit card is required to start. At the end of your trial, choose a plan to keep working with Arikano; there is no free tier, so an account without a plan is paused until one is selected.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade anytime from Settings > Billing. Changes take effect immediately, and we prorate the difference.
Is my ISNetworld password safe?
All portal credentials are encrypted with AES-256-GCM before storage. We never store plaintext passwords, the encryption key is held outside the database, and credentials are only ever used to act on your account on your behalf. See the Privacy Policy for details.
What platforms do you support?
We currently support ISNetworld, Avetta (formerly PICS/Browz), and Veriforce. Starter covers ISNetworld; Professional and Enterprise cover all three.
How often are scans run?
By default, Arikano scans your accounts every night at 2am UTC. You can also trigger manual scans from the dashboard at any time.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes — contact us for annual pricing. Enterprise customers also get custom terms.
